gas m4 airsoft rifles
Airsoft gun and info?
This is actually 2 questions.
First question is what is better for all out hardcore airsoft skirmishs, CO2, Spring or Gas guns?
I am looking for a machine gun/ rifle like an m4 and a launcher and 3 pistols and maybe a sniper rifle. I need all metal guns and that fire over 320fps and fires about 50 feet. Where should I go to buy them? I dont have alot of money only like $500 or $600.
The pistol can be like 275+ fps
Are gas guns illegal?
Is electric rifles better than spring or gas???
Dont really like electric but I will cope.
Well that was confusing… I don’t think Gas guns are illegal at all, as far as Airsoft products are concerned.
There are 3 types of gas used in airsoft products:
- Co2 (Carbon Dioxide)
- HFC22 (aka Green gas or propane w/ lube)
- HFC134a (aka “duster” gas w/ lube)
Co2 is usually pre-packaged in 12g cylinders so you just load them up in the mag. The other two you have to manually fill the liquid in the mag, similar to filling a butane lighter. There is also a high-power “Red” gas, but it is only used in cold-weather scenario else it will cause a lot of wear and tear on your replica. Co2 has more power than HFC22 which has more power than HFC134a, so don’t mix them up. 134a is common in Japanese product (like Marui) and 22 is commonly used in Chinese & Korean products.
Bell makes a decent green gas GBB that won’t break your budget, so if you are getting 3 of them this may be a good choice
